We were introduced to Ken on a glowing recommendation from a trusted friend that recently worked with him to sell their house. As soon as chatted we got to work and Ken helped us very successfully sell our home in Fitchburg on a very short timeline. Ken was on top of every little detail and was extremely responsive through every step in the process, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. He knew exactly what we should do to best position and prepare the house and handled all of it, which was critical as we were already living in a different city. Working with Ken was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. At the start of the house hunting experience, my partner and I met with four realtors -- all of whom came highly recommended and were very likable. However, it was Ken's experience, industry knowledge, and realistic but spirited attitude that sealed the deal for us. Over the course of three months, Ken went on dozens and dozens and dozens of showings with us, always with a positive and relaxed attitude. He never made us feel as though we were inconveniencing him, he was never pushy, and he always encouraged us to make smart decisions and not let fear, panic or emotion drive our decison making. He was incredibly responsive to my emails (and I emailed a lot), and he always set up showings for as soon as we could get in them. He also knew how to write a competitive offer letter, but he never forced our hand or encouraged us to do anything we weren't comfortable doing. Going into this process as a first-time home buyer, I was worried our realtor would be a stereotypical schmoozy, disingenous sales person, or someone who pushed us to take the most expensive house we could afford or settle for something we didn't like, or someone who just couldn't make the time for us. Ken was none of those things. Despite his stature in the real estate community, he was genuine, kind and informative. He understood what we were looking for, and he didn't want us to settle. And he never made us feel as though he was punching below his weight with us. We also felt prioritized the entire three months we were looking, and I know we would have felt prioritized if we had to look another three months. My partner often would ask: "Does Ken have other clients because he's always willing to see houses with us no matter when?". And most definitely had other clients, but he never made us feel that way. He was also a super fun person to have in our corner, and we genuinely miss seeing him so regularly. Ken's the greatest, and he got us our first home, and we will forever recommend him!
